Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Richard Kirmayr !
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Luis Engracia and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kirmayr has taken the fight to the clinch.

BOOM! Santana connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Santana cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Kirmayr is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Santana.
Santana displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kirmayr .
Richard Kirmayr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Santana feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Kirmayr might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Santana haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Kirmayr is trying to get back to his feet but Santana has full control of the position and if anything, Kirmayr has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Santana, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
