Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Franco Colombo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby TupperII (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colombo fails in his attempt to clinch.

TupperII looks winded!
Colombo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by TupperII.
Colombo throws a hook to the side of TupperII's head but TupperII sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Colombo shoots in for a double leg but TupperII sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
TupperII fails with a takedown attempt.
A big right from Colombo misses.
TupperII shoots in but no luck this time.
Colombo thinks about countering with a head kick.

It looks like Bobby TupperII has been cut.
Franco Colombo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby TupperII.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Colombo shoots in and drives through. TupperII sprawls well.

TupperII darts in looking for a takedown but Colombo gets double underhooks and turns TupperII into the cage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Colombo is looking for a sweep.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Colombo is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked TupperII off and has taken his back!

TupperII is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Colombo is persistently looking for the submission but TupperII is defending it well.
Colombo is looking to finish with some ground and pound!

TupperII tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
TupperII is looking to get to half guard.

Colombo working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
TupperII sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Colombo is trying to control the action in half guard but TupperII is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
TupperII moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Colombo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. TupperII swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Colombo wants to control from the top but TupperII keeps moving.

Colombo keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of TupperII's head.
TupperII is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Colombo is trying to control but can't.
Colombo is refusing to be controlled, as TupperII sits in half guard.

Colombo is defending against the submission attempts here by TupperII.

Colombo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for TupperII on the ground.

TupperII drops an elbow to the side of Colombo's head.

That was a close round but I would say that Franco Colombo will probably get the nod.

and Colombo counters with a lovely straight right hand!

A head kick lands from Colombo that sends TupperII to the canvas. TupperII tries to scramble back to his feet but Colombo brings him back down into side control.

TupperII is rocked!
Bobby TupperII has got the better of the ground game so far.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Colombo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
TupperII is still in real trouble! Can Colombo finish him?
Colombo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Colombo cracks TupperII with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Colombo immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! TupperII is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Colombo!
