PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bob Brody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dog The Multi Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brody comes to the cage accompanied by my name is mud. The Multi Hunter has chosen The Multi Hunter theme as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brody gets the takedown into side control.
The Multi Hunter gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Brody really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Brody tries to control but The Multi Hunter wriggling away.

Brody breaks The Multi Hunter's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Brody stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The Multi Hunter swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Brody is pushing down on The Multi Hunter's leg trying to pass to half guard. The Multi Hunter is fighting to maintain full guard but Brody has managed to sneak the leg through.
The Multi Hunter is staying active underneath Brody, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The Multi Hunter wants to control but Brody is keeping busy.
The Multi Hunter is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Brody lands the left hand.
Brody lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but The Multi Hunter circles away quickly and effectively.

Dog The Multi Hunter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Brody throws a series of punches but The Multi Hunter moves out of range.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Brody crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from The Multi Hunter - the referee stops the clock and Brody gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says The Multi Hunter. Brody manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Brody gets tackled into the cage by The Multi Hunter. The Multi Hunter maintains the clinch.

Brody is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because The Multi Hunter is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Brody is fighting to break The Multi Hunter's control of his arms but The Multi Hunter is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The Multi Hunter has his foot on Brody's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brody works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Dog The Multi Hunter showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

The Multi Hunter connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Brody's hands.
Brody takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Brody tries to get into range but The Multi Hunter steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Brody! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! The Multi Hunter scores the big KO victory!
