And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ronald Ridiculous!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ridiculous tries for a takedown but Anderson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Ridiculous shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Anderson napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Ridiculous wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Anderson, who protects the arm well.
Anderson is looking for a sweep.

Ridiculous thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Ridiculous is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Anderson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Anderson is trying to control Ridiculous's posture but Ridiculous avoids it.
Anderson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Ridiculous asserts his dominance and retains side control.
You can see the frustration on Anderson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Ridiculous is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Anderson has escaped the position, nice work there.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Ridiculous is trying to get an arm triangle but Anderson is defending well.

Ridiculous looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Anderson is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ridiculous off and has taken his back!
Ridiculous is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Ridiculous tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Anderson unloads with some shots from mount but Ridiculous bucks and avoids them well.
Anderson prevents Ridiculous from getting the reversal.

Ridiculous slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Ridiculous is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Ridiculous escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Anderson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ridiculous looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Anderson is defending well. Ridiculous quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Anderson has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Ridiculous celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
