The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Choo loads up on a big right hand but Koreshkov slips the punch.
Koreshkov takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Koreshkov tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Choo defends well and Koreshkov ends up having to push Choo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Koreshkov goes for a double leg but Choo avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Choo continues to drive forward.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Choo! But no joy.

Choo felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

He's trying desperately to grab hold of Koreshkov around the waist but Koreshkov pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Koreshkov is the winner by TKO! Koreshkov jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
