Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kendrik Down (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Halo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Motorhead - The King Of Kings. The crowd seem to be enjoying Down's choice of entrance music: Let's Go. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arthur Halo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kendrik Down!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Down defends it nicely.
Halo darts in looking for a takedown but Down gets double underhooks and turns Halo into the cage.
Halo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arthur Halo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Halo throws a strike but Down rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Halo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Down tries to avoid it but Halo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Down to the ground. Down escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Arthur Halo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Down clobbers Halo with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

And that's the end of the fight!
Kendrik Down comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Down has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
