Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malcolm Merlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cotillion Dancer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dancer walks into a jab.
Dancer throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Merlin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dancer loads up on a big right hand but Merlin slips the punch.
Merlin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Merlin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dancer.
Dancer just misses with a punch to the body.
As Dancer backs away, Merlin returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Merlin slips under a jab from Dancer.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dancer. Merlin does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dancer throws a nice looking combination but Merlin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
It appears Merlin was looking to counter with a kick there.
Dancer clinches.
Dancer misses with a punch to the body.
Merlin working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Dancer with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Dancer struggles to land a body shot inside as Merlin controls his hands.
Merlin lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Dancer is leaning against Merlin and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Merlin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dancer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Merlin fires out a quick counter leg kick but Dancer just manages to avoid it.
Merlin fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Dancer gets a clinch.
Dancer goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Merlin tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Dancer misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Dancer misses with the head strike.
Dancer wants a takedown.
Dancer misses with a hook to the ribs.
Dancer lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Merlin backwards.
We've been informed that Dancer has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Nice body punch from Merlin - that landed with a thud.
Dancer throws a head punch that misses.
Merlin can't find room to land a body shot as Dancer controls the action.
A nice left hand lands by Merlin.

Dancer tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Dancer tries to throw a body punch but Merlin avoids it by throwing Dancer back against the cage.
Merlin throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dancers head.

Merlin lands with a short shot to the head.

Merlin lands a big right hand that drops Dancer! The killer instinct kicks in and Merlin finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Merlin!
