Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Joseph Jones and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowery fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lowery wants to break the clinch but can't.
Lowery looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Lowery holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Lowery drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lowery is trying to break the clinch but Clark is controlling him.

Lowery is trying to push Clark away but Clark has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Clark tightens his grip and picks Lowery up, before dumping him to the ground. Lowery manages to land in guard.

Lowery looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Clark has picked Lowery up and slammed him! Lowery can't keep hold of the triangle and Clark manages to pass to side control!
A lull in the action here.
It looks like Clark might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Lowery pushes Clark away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Clark gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Lowery is looking for a sweep.
Clark working the strikes but Lowery uses the opportunity to regain half guard.

Clark escapes and gets back to his feet.
A head kick misses from Lowery.
Clark shapes to counter with a head kick.

Clark feints and as Lowery raises his hands in defense, Clark changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lowery looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Lowery being controlled here, momentarily.
Clark prevents Lowery from getting back to his feet.

Clark is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Lowery will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Lowery tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Clark rushes Lowery with punches - Lowery moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Lowery goes down! Clark follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
