Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Martin Luther King Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Parlow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King Jr comes to the cage accompanied by MLK tribute. Jon Parlow will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parlow swings and misses with a shot to the body

and King Jr counters with a nice double leg into guard.

King Jr drops back looking for a leg! Parlow is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Parlow manages to kick King Jr off! King Jr jumps back into Parlow's guard.
King Jr slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Parlow holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.

King Jr is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Parlow looks calm but he's in trouble here. King Jr gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Parlow is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! King Jr lets go of the hold and Parlow can pop his arm back in it's socket.
