Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Riza Rakija (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthor Basilicus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rakija kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rakija. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Basilicus closes the distance and pushes Rakija back into the cage.
Rakija lands a right hand.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Basilicus just misses with a elbow thrown towards Rakija's brow.
Basilicus tries to land a knee to the head but Rakija blocks with his arms.
I was talking to Rakija's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Basilicus tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rakija just stands there and leans against the cage.

Rakija makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Rakija lands a hook that snaps the head of Basilicus backwards.

Riza Rakija has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthor Basilicus.

Rakija lands an elbow that stopped Basilicus in his tracks for a moment.
Basilicus is still on wobbly legs! Can Rakija finish him?
Basilicus takes an elbow to the forehead.
Rakija lands an uppercut.
Rakija has Basilicus pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Basilicus is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Rakija - that's hurt Basilicus badly! Oh, another knee lands and Basilicus is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Basilicus doesn't seem to be complaining.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Riza Rakija!
During a confident post fight interview, Riza Rakija thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
