Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Titan Rain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergey Panikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rain's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, For Heavy Metal we will die!. Panikov has chosen Fighters as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 4 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Titan Rain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sergey Panikov!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panikov ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Panikov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Panikov! But no joy.

Rain scores with the left hand. Panikov knows he should have avoided that one.

That was a close round but I would say that Titan Rain will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Rain fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Panikov to the ground. Rain is now in Panikov's guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Rain's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rain has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Panikov crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Rain - the referee stops the clock and Panikov gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Rain. Panikov manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

I would just about give that final round to Sergey Panikov.
I think Rain has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Titan Rain tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
