Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Serra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ipod Apple (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matt Serra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 57 - 1, fighting out of New York, Ipod Apple!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Franklyn Lucas and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serra has taken the fight to the clinch.
Apple lands a hook that snaps the head of Serra backwards.
Apple tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Serra's elbow.
Apple should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Apple lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Serra tries for a takedown. No joy.
Serra drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Serra is working for takedown but Apple is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Serra. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Apple digs a right hand underneath Serra's ribcage. Serra let out a lung full of air as it connected.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Apple lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Serra goes for a takedown attempt but Apple pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Apple shoots in and bounces Serra off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Serra uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Serra looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Serra tries to keep at a distance but Apple has taken the fight into the clinch.
Apple is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Serra can't fight it off and eventually Apple manages to take the fight to the floor. Serra looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Apple stops Serra from standing up.
Apple trying to control the position from guard on top but Serra is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Serra utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Serra throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Apple is fighting to break Serra's control of his arms but Serra is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Serra has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Apple wants to control from the top but Serra keeps moving.
Serra looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Serra keeping moving, preventing Apple from controlling successfully.
Serra is trying to keep Apple in close.
Apple looking to sit in guard and control but Serra gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Serra trying to control but Apple is working from the bottom.
Apple throws his legs up looking for a submission but Serra uses it to pass to side control.

Serra has hold of Apple's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Apple seems comfortable defending it but Serra has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Apple is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Apple is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Serra couldn't care less - he's delighted!
