The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bolton lands with an overhand left.
Bolton will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Mcnab steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Bolton.
Mcnab misses with a wild combination.
Bolton fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mcnab throws a series of punches but Bolton avoids them all with ease.
Bolton throws a right and a left that Mcnab avoids nicely.
Bolton connects with a body shot that sends Mcnab's belly button to the back.
Bolton lands a jab.
Mcnab should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Mcnab avoids the body shot from Bolton.

Mcnab instigates a clinch.
Bolton misses with the head strike.
Mcnab blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Mcnab breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bolton throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bolton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bolton misses with a straight left.

Mcnab feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
