Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Colon throws the left hand but Kennedy avoids the punch easily.
Kennedy tries to counter with a clinch but Colon shakes him off and moves away.

Kennedy throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Colon tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kennedy is in Colon's guard.
Kennedy not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Kennedy must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Kennedy wants to stand but Colon is controlling his posture from full guard.
Kennedy throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Colon works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kennedy wants to pass the guard but Colon is keeping the position.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Kennedy is working Colon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Colon looking for a guillotine here but Kennedy defends easily.
Kennedy looking to sit in guard and control but Colon gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Kennedy working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Colon has passed into half guard!

Colon working over Kennedy with some ground and pound. Kennedy looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Kennedy wants to get back to full guard.
Colon takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Kennedy has a hand on Colon's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Colon takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Kennedy tries to lock up and control but Colon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Colon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kennedy is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Kennedy is just holding on here. Colon manages to take his back.
Colon is landing with strikes. Kennedy can't take much more of this.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Colon.
Kennedy is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Kennedy tries to roll but Colon sticks to his back.
