Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roland Begovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Cricket (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Begovic comes into the arena with Cavoglave blaring out of the sound system. Cricket is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Demons- Imagine Dragons. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Begovic slips a jab from Cricket.

and Begovic counters with a straight right hand.
Begovic takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Cricket scores with a shoulder strike.
Cricket blocking some punches.
Cricket dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Begovic fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Begovic working aggressively here.
Cricket lands with a short shot to the head.
Cricket misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Cricket is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

It seemed like Cricket was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Cricket takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Begovic's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Cricket swings wildly with an uppercut but Begovic uses good head movement to avoid it.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Begovic is trying to drag Cricket to the mat but Cricket just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Cricket lands a hook that snaps the head of Begovic backwards.

Begovic jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Cricket walks away with a smile on his face. Begovic gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roland Begovic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cricket swats away the attempt to clinch by Begovic.
A little jabbing left from Cricket on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Begovic smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Begovic wants to clinch.
Cricket appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

and Cricket counters with a crisp right hand that drops Begovic! Cricket lets Begovic back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Roland Begovic has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Begovic's jab looks to have found its range, popping Cricket under the eye.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Begovic wants to clinch but Cricket slips to the side
and Cricket scores with a counter punch that sends Begovic to the canvas! Cricket smells blood - he's punishing Begovic with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Begovic has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rick Cricket!
A very excited looking Rick Cricket rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
