The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Nukem counters with a nice low kick that buckles Jordan's knee momentarily.
We've been informed that Nukem has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jordan accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Nukem isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Jordan stacks Nukem on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Jordan!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nukem is trying to control Jordan's posture but Jordan avoids it.

A close round but Duke Nukem will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Nukem throws an overhand right that lands on Jordan's shoulder, as Jordan tries to avoid the shot.
Nukem is still on wobbly legs! Can Jordan finish him?

Nukem throws a looping overhand right but Jordan ducks down to avoid it.
Nukem takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
