Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darby Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anatoliy Lapikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gordon comes into the arena with United Booty Foundation blaring out of the sound system. Lapikov has chosen AC/DC - Hells Bells as his entrance music. Darby Gordon looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gordon misses with a jab to the body
and Lapikov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Gordon throws out a leg kick but Lapikov moves out of range and Gordon only half commits.
Lapikov throws a nice looking combination but Gordon bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gordon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Lapikov now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Gordon is breathing heavily.

and Lapikov counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gordon won't be happy with that.

Lapikov is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Gordon is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Gordon is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Lapikov asserts his dominance and retains side control.
