and Cleveland counters with a crisp right hand that drops Tio! Cleveland lets Tio back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Tio falls off balance throwing a combination
and Cleveland counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
