Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Destroyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Horacio Martins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Horacio Martins will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martins fails with an attempt to clinch.

Destroyer closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ground and pound from Destroyer seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Destroyer scores with a couple of short elbows.

Destroyer throws a strike aimed at the side of Martins's head but Martins avoids it well.
Destroyer definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Martins is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Destroyer is controlling him well.

Destroyer is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Destroyer is nestled in close to Martins, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Destroyer is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Destroyer seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Martins is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Destroyer with him. Destroyer is trying to defend but Martins has an arm under the chin now! Destroyer grimaces and is forced to tap out!
