Owen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Owen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McHarris on the ground.

McHarris has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

McHarris is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Owen wants to control the action here but instead McHarris manages to pass to full mount!

McHarris takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

McHarris fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
