PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andre Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Pateman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pateman has chosen The Napoleon Blown Aparts - I Got It Bad as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pateman throws a series of punches but Nguyen moves out of range.

Pateman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Pateman shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Pateman slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Pateman lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

In his post fight interview, John Pateman started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
