Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sam Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevie Tyrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blake comes into the arena with blink 182 feeling this blaring out of the sound system. Sam Blake is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sam Blake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stevie Tyrell!
The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Winston Howard and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blake has managed to clinch.
Blake tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tyrell just stands there and leans against the cage.

Tyrell fails to pull guard.
Tyrell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tyrell drives through and clinches with Blake against the cage.

Blake shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tyrell's guard.
Tyrell wriggles free and stands up.
Tyrell fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Blake to the ground. Tyrell is now in Blake's guard.
Blake is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Tyrell presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Blake misses with a hook from the clinch.

Blake tries to break the clinch but Tyrell is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tyrell is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Tyrell pulls guard effortlessly.
Blake works over Tyrell with some ground and pound from guard.
Tyrell working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Blake doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Blake manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Tyrell is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Blake rolls with it to try and escape but Tyrell cranks on the arm and Blake is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Stevie Tyrell!
