Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 7 - 1, fighting out of London, Bret Ireland!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ireland darts in looking for a takedown but Lepijewitz gets double underhooks and turns Ireland into the cage.
Ireland pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Ireland breaks the clinch.
Ireland shoots in for a takedown but Lepijewitz shows good takedown defense.
Lepijewitz blocks a head kick by Ireland.
Ireland swats away the attempt to clinch by Lepijewitz.

Ireland rushes Lepijewitz and presses him up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ireland's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ireland is looking to land body kicks.
Lepijewitz gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Ireland counters with a three punch combo that has Lepijewitz backing up. Lepijewitz nods at Ireland to acknowledge the strikes.
Lepijewitz does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Ireland thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Ireland closes the distance and clinches up with Lepijewitz, looking for a takedown. Ireland pushes Lepijewitz against the cage but Lepijewitz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ireland is defended easily by Lepijewitz.
Lepijewitz tries to counter with a takedown but Ireland is quick to defend against it.
Lepijewitz leaves Ireland with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Lepijewitz closes the distance and clinches up with Ireland, looking for a takedown. Lepijewitz pushes Ireland against the cage but Ireland circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
