Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Balbus Michael (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baeddan MacAuliffe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacAuliffe comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Notorious by Duran Duran kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Baeddan MacAuliffe!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michael connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Michael dips to his left and cracks MacAuliffe with an uppercut!
MacAuliffe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
It looked like Michael was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from MacAuliffe.
Michael misses with a straight right.
MacAuliffe shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Michael but Michael pushes him off and we're back to square one.
MacAuliffe takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Michael on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
MacAuliffe takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
MacAuliffe is looking to land body kicks.
And Michael counters with a quick kick to the body but MacAuliffe blocks it.
Michael checks a leg kick.
MacAuliffe looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Michael lands a really nice looking cross but MacAuliffe seems unphased.
MacAuliffe is rocked!
MacAuliffe fails with the takedown
and Michael counters with a nice body shot.
MacAuliffe is still on wobbly legs! Can Michael finish him?
Balbus Michael has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baeddan MacAuliffe.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Michael moves into range and connects with a jab.
MacAuliffe takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
A solid leg kick lands there for Michael.
Michael throws a perfectly timed hook that sends MacAuliffe crashing down! MacAuliffe tries to stagger back to his feet but Michael just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused MacAuliffe asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Balbus Michael!
Balbus Michael bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
