Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Volkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kristian Johansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Volkov's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Parkway Drive - Dark Days. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volkov throws a hook but Johansson blocks it.
Johansson misses with a wild body shot.
Johansson scoring well with a low kick there.
Volkov closes the distance looking to clinch
and Johansson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like William Volkov has been cut.
Volkov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Johansson throws the left hand but Volkov avoids the punch easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Volkov misses the target.
Johansson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
We've been informed that Johansson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Johansson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A looping hook to the body misses from Johansson. Volkov does a little dance to reset his feet.

Volkov has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Volkov there as he acknowledges the shot.
Volkov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Johansson.

Johansson drops Volkov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Volkov looks back up at him and smiles so Johansson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Volkov was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Johansson throws a sloppy head kick and Volkov moves out of range easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Volkov misses with a looping right.

Johansson cracks Volkov with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Johansson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Volkov to stand back up!
Johansson lands with a nice body punch.
Johansson takes a swing at Volkov's ribcage but misses.
Volkov on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Volkov is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Johansson doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Volkov crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Volkov's bad books for that mishap!
