Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Vegas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vegas comes to the cage accompanied by Ace Of Spades by Motorhead. Bravo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Booyakasha. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bravo has taken the fight to the clinch.

Vegas is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bravo is just riding it out for now. Vegas eventually gives up the hold.

Vegas looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Bravo leaves Vegas with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
No joy there for Bravo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Vegas will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bravo felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Johnny Vegas.
