Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Asztalos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hunter Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Asztalos comes to the cage accompanied by Dethroned Emperor by Celtic Frost. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asztalos scores with a body shot.
Asztalos looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Grant wants to clinch but Asztalos slips to the side
and Asztalos counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nice defenses there by Grant.
A big left from Grant misses.
Grant takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Grant scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Grant takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Grant needs to keep his hands up - Asztalos had a free shot at his head there.
Asztalos takes one to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A jab from Asztalos does it's job there.
Grant gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Asztalos shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Grant looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Grant. Asztalos does a little dance to reset his feet.
Grant throws a predictable looking body shot
and Asztalos counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Grant throws a body shot but no joy.
Asztalos throws a hook but Grant avoids it easily.
Asztalos lands a nice leg kick that just misses Grant's sensitive parts.

Grant looks to score with a jab to the body but Asztalos is just out of range.
Grant ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Asztalos throws a big shot that misses.
A big left from Asztalos misses.
Grant lands a head shot.
Grant is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Asztalos cracks Grant with an open hand slap.
Asztalos's corner calls for a 1-2. Asztalos obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Grant is still on wobbly legs! Can Asztalos finish him?
Asztalos closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Grant! Asztalos dives in looking to finish! Grant is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

A relieved looking Alex Asztalos thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
