Permitis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Quinn's half guard.
Quinn is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Permitis has latched onto it... Big trouble! Permitis pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Quinn is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Permitis!
