Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Reyes Morales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moussa Seck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Reyes Morales!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Moussa Seck!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Kavanagh and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Seck clinches with his opponent.
Seck prevents a body shot from Morales.
Morales really is a fat lump.

Seck jumps guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Seck looking for a sweep. Not yet Seck, not yet.
Seck is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Morales is controlling him.
Morales postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

It looks like Reyes Morales has been cut.

Morales would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Seck not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Morales throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Seck works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Morales stands up and waves to Seck to follow him.

The fight stays on the outside here - Morales looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Seck is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Morales slaps away a takedown attempt from Seck, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Reyes Morales has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Moussa Seck.

A cross from Morales lands.
Seck leaves Morales with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Morales shoots in for a takedown but Seck shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Seck shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Morales but Morales pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Moussa Seck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Seck dives in and grabs Morales's left leg, looking for a takedown. Morales pushes down on Seck's head and hops out.
Morales shoots for a takedown but Seck saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Seck.

Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Seck!
Seck keeps the fight on the outside.
As Morales backs off Seck throws a huge counter combo but Morales manages to avoid it all.
Morales tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Seck paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Morales. No joy for Seck on that attempt.
Seck shoots in looking for a takedown. Morales tries to sprawl out of it but Seck keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Morales manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Morales decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Reyes Morales will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Seck clinches up against the cage.
Morales wants to stall.

Morales is trying to trip Seck. He has hold of a leg but Seck is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Morales persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Seck wants to sweep here but Morales controlling him for the moment.

Seck lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Seck slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Seck is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Seck pushing down on Morales's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Morales is staying active underneath Seck, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Seck lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Seck perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Morales wants to improve his position but Seck is controlling well.
Seck content to control rather than advance.
Morales might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Seck winds up and cracks Morales with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Seck is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Morales defends it well.

Morales is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Morales is refusing to be controlled, as Seck sits in half guard.
Seck slips a nice elbow through Morales's hands, connecting with Morales's forehead.

Seck looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!



Seck instigates a clinch.
Seck works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Morales has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Seck regains guard immediately.

Seck has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Morales is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Seck is on top in guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Morales isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Seck stacks Morales on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Seck!
Moussa Seck has got the better of the ground game so far.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Morales gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
BOOM! Seck connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Seck has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Morales is squirming around, avoiding Seck's attempts to control the action.
Seck raining down hammerfists from mount.


Morales is rocked!

Morales takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Seck's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
