Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 25 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Eikmeyer!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eikmeyer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Eikmeyer shoots in but no luck this time.
Chung swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Chung is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Eikmeyer clinches with his opponent.
Eikmeyer is working for takedown but Chung is calmly controlling the position for now.

Chung breaks the clinch.
Jab by Chung.
Chung stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Chung wants it to stay on the feet.
Wang Chung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Eikmeyer.
Eikmeyer slips under a jab.
Eikmeyer wants to clinch up but Chung keeps it at a distance.
Chung is looking to counter punch.
Eikmeyer gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Eikmeyer shoots in and bounces Chung off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Chung looking to hit a scissor sweep but Eikmeyer is one step ahead there.
Eikmeyer is working Chung over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Eikmeyer is in close to Chung's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Eikmeyer landing some decent shots from guard.


Chung is rocked!
Eikmeyer postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Chung covers up, he's hurt! Eikmeyer keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Eikmeyer and the ref steps in to end the fight! Eikmeyer can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mario Eikmeyer!
In his post fight interview, Mario Eikmeyer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
