Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stephan Sylvanas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Biggie Shackleton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sylvanas kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Woah Woah Woah. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stephan Sylvanas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Biggie Shackleton!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sylvanas tries to close the distance and clinch but Shackleton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sylvanas throws a predictable looking body shot
and Sylvanas takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Shackleton goes for a double leg but Sylvanas avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sylvanas continues to drive forward.
Shackleton lands with a right hand.
It looks like Stephan Sylvanas has been cut.
Sylvanas tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Shackleton counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Shackleton.
Sylvanas is wriggling around but Shackleton manages to pass to half guard.
Shackleton is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sylvanas defends it well.
Shackleton takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Shackleton looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sylvanas with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Shackleton drops an elbow to the side of Sylvanas's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sylvanas wants to control the action here but instead Shackleton manages to pass to full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round.
A nice elbow there by Shackleton.
Shackleton tries to control but Sylvanas wriggling away.
Shackleton controlling the pace for now.
Sylvanas is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Shackleton is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Sylvanas can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Shackleton is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Sylvanas to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Sylvanas shrugs it off.
Sylvanas takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Sylvanas on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sylvanas tries to get out of the position.
Shackleton pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Shackleton lands a big shot there that rocks Sylvanas but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Oh Sylvanas is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sylvanas is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Sylvanas seems to have got his legs back now.

Sylvanas is wriggling around trying to escape.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sylvanas wants to control but Shackleton is having none of it.
Sylvanas is squirming around, avoiding Shackleton's attempts to control the action.
Shackleton looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Sylvanas covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Biggie Shackleton!
