The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Toskala misses its intended target.
Fitzpatrick throws a big counter combination but Toskala scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Toskala tries to clinch up.
Toskala throws a lazy uppercut
letting Fitzpatrick counter with a right hand.
Toskala takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Toskala throws a body punch but Fitzpatrick moves out of range.
Toskala wants to clinch but Fitzpatrick slips to the side
and Toskala takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Toskala misses with a left hand
and Fitzpatrick counters with a nice uppercut.
Toskala misses the shot to the body.
Fitzpatrick throws a right and a left that both miss.

and Fitzpatrick cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fight stays on the outside here - Toskala looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Toskala looks to score with a jab to the body but Fitzpatrick is just out of range.

and Fitzpatrick connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Fitzpatrick counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Toskala thinking.

and Fitzpatrick counters with a three punch combo that has Toskala backing up. Toskala nods at Fitzpatrick to acknowledge the strikes.

and Fitzpatrick counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Fitzpatrick avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Toskala moves to clinch but Fitzpatrick breaks away
letting Fitzpatrick counter with a right hand.
Toskala is still on wobbly legs! Can Fitzpatrick finish him?

Toskala misses the body punch

and Fitzpatrick counters with a crisp one two that drops Toskala! Fitzpatrick thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Toskala to his feet! Toskala is in big trouble!
Toskala tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Fitzpatrick counters with a huge left! Toskala is in big trouble! He's backing up but Fitzpatrick isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Toskala from any more damage. A dominating finish by Fitzpatrick!
