The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Squibb is looking to clinch.
Squibb tries to clinch but Chicodemarco moves out of range.
Crunch! Squibb slams his shin into Chicodemarco's torso.
Some wild striking there from Squibb.
Chicodemarco takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Kotch Chicodemarco has been cut.
Chicodemarco slips a jab and a cross from Squibb.
Meyer Squibb seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Squibb connects with a solid leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Squibb lands a nice looking body kick.
Squibb misses the shot to the body.
Squibb ducks under a wild hook from Chicodemarco.
Squibb lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Chicodemarco on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Squibb displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Chicodemarco throws out the jab.
Squibb scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Squibb waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Chicodemarco. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Chicodemarco to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Chicodemarco is rocked!
Chicodemarco has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Chicodemarco can't keep his opponent in guard - Squibb advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Oh Chicodemarco is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chicodemarco has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Squibb is working away from the top position though.
Squibb throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Chicodemarco seems to have got his legs back now.
Squibb lands a big elbow - Chicodemarco is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Squibb!

A very excited looking Meyer Squibb made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Kotch Chicodemarco was interviewed post fight and said 'WILL YOU BE A VESSEL?'.
