The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khabilov shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Singh Negi defends it nicely.
Singh Negi wants to counter with a clinch but Khabilov pushes him away.

Khabilov gets tackled into the cage by Singh Negi. Singh Negi maintains the clinch.
Singh Negi tries a knee to the head but Khabilov blocks it.

Khabilov ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Khabilov no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Singh Negi wants to stand and escape but instead Khabilov has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Singh Negi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Khabilov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Khabilov cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Rustam Khabilov gave a mention to Mohito Fightwear (Laundry) in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
