The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Hunt keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Katsidis.
Katsidis will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Katsidis misses with a looping left.
Good leg kick by Katsidis there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Katsidis misses with a looping right.
Katsidis lands a really nice looking cross but Hunt seems unphased.
Katsidis avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Katsidis has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gym Amsterdam in the buildup to the fight.
Hunt paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Hunt keeps Katsidis at a distance using the push kick.
Hunt throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Hunt has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Katsidis.
Katsidis thows a body kick. Hunt tries to catch it but that hurt him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Katsidis connects with a body shot that sends Hunt's belly button to the back.
Hunt tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Katsidis is able to avoid easily.
Katsidis lands with a good body shot.
Hunt throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

A telegraphed right hand from Katsidis misses the target.
A nice leg kick lands there from Katsidis.
Hunt walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Katsidis checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Katsidis dips to his left and cracks Hunt with an uppercut!
Katsidis lands with a shot to the body.
Katsidis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hunt manages to avoid it.
Katsidis with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hunt to score with a decent uppercut.
Hunt avoids the head kick by Katsidis.
Hunt misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Katsidis throws a low kick but Hunt moves out of range easily.
Hunt blocks a jab.
Hunt lands a jab to Katsidis's midsection.
Hunt staying out of range there.
Hunt wants to land a leg kick but Katsidis is out of range.

Katsidis avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Katsidis tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Hunt manages to circle out of the way.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Katsidis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hunt lands a jab to Katsidis's midsection.
Hunt throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Katsidis's head.
Hunt has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Katsidis.
Good work by Hunt as he checks the leg kick.
A big right from Hunt misses.
Katsidis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hunt manages to avoid it.
Hunt steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Katsidis.
Katsidis lands a slapping body shot.
Hunt throws a hook but Katsidis avoids it easily.
Katsidis lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Hunt drops his hands momentarily and Katsidis takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Katsidis rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Hunt to counter with a crisp jab.
Katsidis throws a body kick that misses.
Hunt looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Hunt drops Katsidis with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Katsidis looks back up at him and smiles so Hunt waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Katsidis is rocked!

Hunt is looking to slow Katsidis down with leg kicks.
Oh Katsidis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Katsidis throws a right hand that misses
and Hunt counters with a right hand to the body.
Katsidis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hunt moves away.
Hunt lands a nice looking kick to the body. Katsidis takes a step back to recover.
Katsidis gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Hunt gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Phol Hunt!
After the fight, Phol Hunt was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
