Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Dorn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gabriel Gray!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dorn misses the jab.
Dorn swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dorn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Dorn cracks Gray with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dorn has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gray to stand back up!


It looks like Gabriel Gray has been cut.
Dorn throws a poor cross that misses
and Gray counters with an outside leg kick.
Gray displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dorn throws out the jab.
Gray now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gray connects with a leg kick. Dorn looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Dorn fails with an attempt to clinch.
Dorn throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Gray counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Dorn misses with a combination
and Gray counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Dorn crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gray - the referee stops the clock and Dorn gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gray. Dorn manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Dorn throws a hook but Gray avoids it easily.
Dorn looks to land a right hand but Gray moved out of range.
Dorn misses with a double jab
and Gray counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Gray darts in and clinches Dorn up against the cage.
Gray lands a shot to the body.
Dorn is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Dorn breaks from the clinch.
Gray bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dorn's head backwards.
Gray throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Gray bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Dorn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gray lands a nice shot to the body.
Ivan Dorn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheers as Gray lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dorn doesn't seem phased though.
Gray and Dorn are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Gray throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Dorn into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Gray knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Gabriel Gray!
After winning the bout, Gabriel Gray thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
