Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Monte Pythos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Closov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Closov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Can't be touched. Monte Pythos could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Oliver Closov's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Monte Pythos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oliver Closov!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pythos misses with an uppercut
and Closov counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pythos thinking.
Closov checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Pythos slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Pythos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pythos throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Closov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Monte Pythos has been cut.
Closov cracks Pythos with a right hand to the side of the head.
Pythos waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Closov.
Monte Pythos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Closov connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Pythos goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Closov. Pythos does a little dance to reset his feet.
Pythos misses with a hook
and Closov counters with a nice right hand that sends Pythos toppling to the canvas! Pythos scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Closov finish him?!
Pythos is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pythos switches off momentarily and Closov cracks him with a monster right hand! Pythos topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Closov dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Closov!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Oliver Closov!
