Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jaddie Defensor Iii!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Terry Crews!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crews needs to keep his hands up - Defensor Iii had a free shot at his head there.
Crews gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Defensor Iii counters by clinching up.
Crews blocks the elbow strike.
Defensor Iii tries to land a knee to the head but Crews blocks with his arms.
Crews jumps guard but Defensor Iii stands there with Crews around his waist. Crews gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Defensor Iii on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Crews.
Defensor Iii creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Crews looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Defensor Iii is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Crews has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Defensor Iii after a bit of a struggle.
Jaddie Defensor Iii has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Terry Crews.
Defensor Iii struggles to land a body shot inside as Crews controls his hands.
Defensor Iii tries to work over Crews's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Crews has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Defensor Iii is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Defensor Iii prevents the takedown attempt.
Crews jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Defensor Iii walks away with a smile on his face. Crews gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Crews tries for a takedown but Defensor Iii circles away easily
and Defensor Iii counters with a head kick that drops Crews to the mat! Crews scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Crews is rocked!
Crews darts in and clinches Defensor Iii up against the cage.
Crews is still on wobbly legs! Can Defensor Iii finish him?
Defensor Iii lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Crews to his knees! Defensor Iii keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jaddie Defensor Iii!
