Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adonis Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Wesson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Creed's entrance music is Creed. A fine choice. Wesson has chosen In Your Honor - Foo Fighters as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Adonis Creed!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dean Wesson!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wesson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Creed tries to grapple but his opponent circles
letting Wesson counter with a right hand.
Creed throws a push kick but Wesson slaps the foot to one side.
A countering left hand to the body from Wesson misses.
Wesson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Creed clinches up against the cage.

Creed ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Creed no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wesson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wesson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wesson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Creed is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Wesson dives into side control.

Creed wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Wesson has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Creed's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Creed is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Wesson!
