And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Kane does it's job there.
Kane takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kane pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pierce takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Pierce shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kane but Kane pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Crunch! Kane slams his shin into Pierce's torso.

Pierce gets caught flat footed, as Kane shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Pierce wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kane manages to pass to side control.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Pierce wants to control but Kane is keeping busy.
Kane takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Kane in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Pierce tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Kane!
