Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bjorkman fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Delamitri, pushing him back against the cage.
Delamitri tries for a takedown. No joy.
Bjorkman prevents a takedown attempt there.
Delamitri has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bjorkman avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Erik Bjorkman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Delamitri.

Bjorkman manages to break the clinch.
Delamitri looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

and Delamitri counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Delamitri stands and throws Bjorkman's legs to the side, diving into side control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Delamitri thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Check out the look on Delamitri's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Delamitri is working to tighten his grip on Bjorkman's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Bjorkman has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Delamitri is really squeezing tight and eventually Bjorkman passes out! Delamitri breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
