Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Gravano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marquan Weatherspoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marquan Weatherspoon told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Sammy Gravano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marquan Weatherspoon!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gravano is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Weatherspoon's half guard.
Gravano is trying to control. Weatherspoon wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Weatherspoon is looking to control Gravano's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Weatherspoon avoid being mounted?
Gravano stalling.
Gravano thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Weatherspoon's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gravano landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Weatherspoon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gravano is working away from the top position though.
Gravano slips a nice elbow through Weatherspoon's hands, connecting with Weatherspoon's forehead.
Gravano working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Weatherspoon is trying to control but Gravano manages to pass to mount!
Oooh a big shot lands for Gravano! Weatherspoon is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Sammy Gravano!
Sammy Gravano was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
In defeat, Marquan Weatherspoon stepped up to the mic, saying 'A little setback is the setup for a major comeback!!'.
