The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGregor lands with a nice body kick.
McGregor doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Bowman counters with a nice uppercut.
McGregor tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bowman defends well and McGregor ends up having to push Bowman into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Bowman shoots in for a takedown but McGregor shows good takedown defense.
McGregor lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

McGregor isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bowman stacks McGregor on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bowman!

Bowman ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bowman no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

McGregor is posturing up here but Bowman has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! McGregor tries to roll out but it's too tight and McGregor has to tap! Slick submission there by Bowman!
