The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frazier wants to clinch
and Luther makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Luther lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Frazier tries to close the distance and clinch up but Luther swats him away and circles back towards the center.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Luther connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Frazier seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Luther does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Luther is looking for a sweep. Frazier is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Luther seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Luther had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Frazier defends it easily.

Luther is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Frazier is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Frazier has escaped and now he's on top!

Luther wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Frazier, who protects the arm well.
You can see the frustration on Frazier's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Frazier might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Luther haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Frazier is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Luther has taken his back.
We've been informed that Frazier has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Luther working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Frazier is doing well to defend. Luther seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Frazier is forced to tap and this one is over!
