The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambo doesn't manage to clinch there - John circles away.
A little jabbing left from John on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Rambo wants to clinch
and John counters with a left and a right that stings Rambo.
Rambo wants to clinch up but John keeps it at a distance.
Rambo shoots and misses
and John counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

John stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Matej Rambo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
John feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rambo sprawling to the canvas! Rambo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can John finish him?!
Rambo is rocked!

John keeps the fight on the outside.
Oh Rambo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rambo misses with a takedown attempt
and John counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Rambo is holding his hands too far apart here. John throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Rambo is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Big John!
