Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darren Meehan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and MC Spicy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Francis DeMontford and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Meehan shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Spicy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Meehan stands and throws Spicy's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Spicy tries to bench press Meehan off him but Meehan keeps the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Meehan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Meehan working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Spicy tries to buck Meehan off but Meehan is having none of it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Meehan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Spicy keeps working.
