Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Diego Ferreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Bremner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bremner's choice of entrance music: Superbeast by Rob Zombie. Bill Bremner told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Carlos Diego Ferreira!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bill Bremner!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Bremner. That's going to slow Ferreira down.
Ferreira is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bremner connects with a right hand. Ferreira shakes it off.
Ferreira fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Bremner throws a nice inside leg kick.
That kick from Bremner tenderised Ferreira's leg. Ferreira is trying to keep his angry face on.
The crowd cheers as Bremner lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ferreira doesn't seem phased though.

enabling Bremner to counter with a crisp jab.
Ferreira throws a leg kick that misses.
Ferreira decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bremner manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Ferreira keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Bremner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ferreira looks for a takedown but Bremner sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carlos Diego Ferreira. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ferreira misses with a head kick.
Ferreira shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bremner pinned against the cage. Bremner gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Ferreira is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Bremner to keep the fight standing.
Ferreira looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Ferreira tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Bremner.
Ferreira jumps guard but Bremner turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bremner lands with a short shot to the head.
Bremner escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ferreira closes the distance and clinches up with Bremner, looking for a takedown. Ferreira pushes Bremner against the cage but Bremner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bremner throws a right and a left that Ferreira avoids nicely.

letting Bremner counter with a right hand.
Ferreira is breathing heavily.
Bremner lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Oh Ferreira is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bremner rushes Ferreira and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Bremner scores a nice knee to the body.
Bremner lands a body shot.
Bremner throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Ferreira seems to have got his legs back now.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Bremner.

Ferreira shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bremner sprawls well. Bremner wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ferreira gets slowly back to his feet.
Ferreira tries to move into range but Bremner moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Ferreira takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Bremner drives through and clinches with Ferreira against the cage.
Ferreira fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Ferreira jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bremner walks away with a smile on his face. Ferreira gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Bremner has Ferreira up against the cage in a clinch.
Bremner digs a right hand underneath Ferreira's ribcage. Ferreira let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Bremner scores with a shoulder strike.
Ferreira jumps guard but Bremner turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Ferreira fails to pull guard.
Ferreira tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bremner just stands there and leans against the cage.
Bremner stalling the fight.
Ferreira tries to pull guard but Bremner holds him up against the cage and eventually Ferreira drops back down to his feet.

Bremner cracks Ferreira with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bremner has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ferreira to stand back up!
