Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kocsi Viktor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anthony Brooks told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brooks shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Viktor is trying to defend but Brooks finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Viktor makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Viktor.
Viktor is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Viktor is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Brooks is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Kocsi Viktor has been cut.
Brooks wants to pass the guard but Viktor is keeping the position.
Oh Viktor is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brooks postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Viktor covers up, he's hurt! Brooks keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Brooks and the ref steps in to end the fight! Brooks can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
