Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Superior Nucleus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arshnoor Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nucleus comes to the cage accompanied by Tupac - Hit 'Em Up. Singh has chosen 2Pac - Hit 'Em Up as his entrance music. Arshnoor Singh told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Superior Nucleus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 42 - 20 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arshnoor Singh!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nucleus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nucleus throws a push kick but Singh slaps the foot to one side.
Singh throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Nucleus throws a wild body kick that Singh sees coming a mile off.
Singh swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Nucleus.
Singh moves out of range as Nucleus strikes.
Singh misses with a low kick.
Nucleus tries a head kick but it misses.
Nucleus tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Singh swivels and escapes.
Singh tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Nucleus seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Nucleus throws a head kick but Singh moves out of range.

Singh is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Nucleus throws a leg kick but Singh checks it.
