Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Razval Saraev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White has chosen Fugees - Ready or not as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Razval Saraev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris White!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White throws a right hand that Saraev ducks under and follows up with a left that Saraev also avoids with ease.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that White has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Saraev lands a slapping body shot.
White misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Saraev wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
White misses with a few strikes there.
White misses with a wild combination.
Saraev misses the jab.
White throws a lazy right hand but Saraev sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and White counters with a one-two to the body.

and Saraev counters by clinching up.
Saraev is looking for a takedown.

Saraev has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. White is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Razval Saraev. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Saraev drops to a knee looking for a takedown but White gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Saraev jumps guard but White stands there with Saraev around his waist. Saraev gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

White's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
White takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Horrible takedown attempt by Saraev or perhaps it was just good defense by White, which made it look bad.

White gets caught flat footed, as Saraev shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Saraev postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Saraev looking to sit in guard and control but White gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Saraev pulls White in to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

White trying to stand up but can't free himself from Saraev's guard.
Saraev has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
White tries to stand but Saraev is controlling from the bottom.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Saraev controlling the position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
White goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Saraev has a takedown stuffed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



White gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Saraev works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Saraev throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Saraev throwing shots but White is blocking nicely.
White is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Saraev scores with a couple of nice shots.
Saraev looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Saraev looks to land a strike but White avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

White avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
White really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Saraev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Saraev engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Saraev trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
White can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Saraev controls the pace.
White keeping moving, preventing Saraev from controlling successfully.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Saraev is trying hard to land a takedown here. White sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
White fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Razval Saraev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Saraev shoots in and bounces White off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

White rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Saraev moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
White lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Saraev circles away quickly and effectively.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Razval Saraev has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
White throws a nice looking combination but Saraev bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Oh Saraev is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Saraev shoots in but White avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Saraev seems to have got his legs back now.

Saraev tries for a takedown but White sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Saraev dives in and grabs White's left leg, looking for a takedown. White pushes down on Saraev's head and hops out.
White misses with a few strikes there.

White keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

and White counters with a nice right hand that sends Saraev toppling to the canvas! Saraev scrambles and gets back to his feet - can White finish him?!

and White scores with a counter punch that sends Saraev to the canvas! White smells blood - he's punishing Saraev with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Saraev has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris White!
